If you don't have Microsoft WORD or a compatible program, we recommend that you download and use Sun Microsystems' OpenOffice Software. It is a free office suite as versatile as most versions of Microsoft Office including a very powerful word processor.
To download the OpenOffice Template, right click the link then click on "Save Target As"then save it to your documents directory. I you have MSWORD, you can do the same or just double click on the link and it will open.
